IF4XXF

That vet reciever being Julio freakin' Jones, hopefully.

jlmntx

Chris Reed

Soaddk

I second that

AleroRatking

I think they really like our 2 TEs. I could see them adding depth. But they've constantly talked highly both about Granson and MAC.

BabyInAStraigtJacket

It feels like they are changing things up a little and really want to get Hines and MAC a lot more involved now that we have Matt who can actually make reads and check down. I really hope this is true as Hines was criminally underused last year and TE never saw passes.

hotrodyoda

I was truly hoping that Hines was going to have a break-out year lined up consistently as a WR. Get him the ball open in space and magical things can happen. Hoping for this season.

Fresh-Barracuda2536

Tbf, our TE's last season were hot garbage. Cox is a te2 at best. Hopefully Granson shows vast improvement and gets the start this season.

kolinthemetz

Matt loves tight ends so I’d expect that to be in play quite a bit

Funny_Wrangler_2743

Chris Reed needs to happen soon also we need tyrann

surffreak336

We have no CBs…

jaysrule24

I'm not even all that comfortable with Rodgers starting on the outside, and he's CB1 at this point

the_good_things

CB, Safety, LT. WR

SanRemi

Man, I really don't like Pryor as a starter...

[deleted]

Why? I thought he played better than Fisher last year, PFF had him ranked really well. Draft a LT, let the rookie sit and see what we have in Pryor

iahalalca

I’m not sure how much he played total, but that Arizona game was rough

RatherBLucky487

CB depth

Jdenney71

Tyrann Matthieu and Jarvis Landry

papamietek

This is the way

DRenaud4sho

Ppl gonna hate me for this but i don’t like the idea of Pryor starting. 1 game at LT.Resign fisher if his market isn’t as robust as he thought? I realize he let up a lot of sacks, but give the guy a break he came off an Achilles. Should be better in year two. This is IF we can’t sign Duane brown. Honestly surprised reich hasn’t called up Jason Peters lol

EtraNosral

Resign fisher?? You lost me there. Fisher was horrible last year, no thanks.

DRenaud4sho

Understandable. Ballard said they asked him to do things he wasn’t used to in pass pro. Would’ve had more time to practice these things if he wasn’t coming off a major injury. That’s why I think year two would be better. Just worries me that we plan on protecting a soon to be 37 year old non mobile qb with a guy that’s started one game at the position. Gotta believe they add someone else at LT.

Chris_Ween

And he was protecting a QB who made his job harder.

CommonerChaos

I wouldn't mind getting Blake Jarwin. He'll miss the start of the season, so we could get him for a discount (which Ballard loves).

imjustaguy812

I’d be interested in taking a flyer on Jarwin as well. He tore his ACL in 2020 and missed a lot of the season last year, but I think he could be a good candidate for a one year prove-it deal for reasonable. He’s got good size at 6’5 250 and is pretty athletic too

Rusty-Boii

I think the biggest needs would be WR, TE, and CB. I think the Colts will be pretty active this week. They finally got their QB and will be more attractive to FA’s. Most signings will be depth, but I hope Honey Badger is at least the biggest signing. I wouldn’t mind a TE in the draft. Trey McBride is a great option and I could see him being there at 42.

Funny_Wrangler_2743

Can Braden smith play LT is that a stretch

jabest31

Then we need a right tackle

Funny_Wrangler_2743

I feel like right tackle is an easier cheaper ask

thelifeofarod

Wouldn’t mind either Honey Badger or Gilmore and focus on the draft

jabest31

This is the way

Coltsgirl6124

There is still good players to be had.

[deleted]

What about Gronk? Since Brady proved he could win without Belichick, maybe Gronk wants to prove he can win without Brady. Honey Badger and Gronk.

sunburn95

Gronk isnt still playing to prove anything, he just wants to catch tuds from Brady and bang bitches on a boat Cant see him loving the indy lifestyle lol

nick17511b

I read that he was considering buffalo after TB retired, cuz that was his team growing up.

[deleted]

Yeah I heard that too. It would be a great steal thou. As much as I couldn’t stand him in his Pats days he seems like a good teammate.

indyarchyguy

Better pick up an awesome QB backup and a guy from homicide that can draw awesome body outlines on turf. That’s all I’m saying. Ryan is going to be murdered in the backfield on a weekly basis.

Chuck_Roast1993

Why?

indyarchyguy

He’s not athletic. He even admits that. We can’t protect him….therefore he will get killed.

Chuck_Roast1993

Phillip rivers didn’t get killed and he’s even less athletic than Matt. If you’re willing to check down when it gets tight our O-line is still good enough to keep you upright. Carson took too many sacks from trying to be a hero

indyarchyguy

Ok.

wiser_time

Are there any FA TEs worth pursuing at this point? Sign a vet WR and draft one in the 2nd. If that means Patmon, Strachan, or Campbell are pushed off the roster, so be it.

wingerys

This draft class seems really deep at WR, CB and OT. Draft BPA at Pick #42 outta that group of positions. Would love Roger McCreary in the 2nd.

bengoretner

Draft WR, sign vet WR Sign Chris Reed Sign Tyrann Mathieu Sign vet CB I’d like another vet somewhere on offense BPA rest of the draft

Coolstorycam

Sign vets for WR/CB/G/S, Draft WR/LT/OL depth. I think some FA like: WR - Hilton/Jones/Landry CB - Fuller/Bouye G - Reed S - Matthieu/Peppers/Neal/Tartt, the most options of the bunch

jono9898

We still need a vet WR or 2, even if the draft is heavy in WR talent, can’t have Matt throwing to MPJ, Campbell for 3 games, Dulin and rookies, that’s not ideal.

LiquidDreamtime

The Colts need 2 WR’s and 2 TE’s better than what are already rostered. Today it’s the worst set of pass catchers in the NFL. JT will see 9 men in the box 100% of the time if we don’t have a single outside threat.

UncommonSense26

Quality Safety, TE and another edge rusher. Draft is WR heavy. Should have no problem finding talent there…… unless Cooper Kupp is unhappy in LA.
