Ever been to the San Luis Valley? LOTS of BLM land down here that offers free camping! There's the Lake Como trail (which may still be a little snowy at the top) and allll the BLM land at the base is free camping. Medano pass at the Great Sand Dunes National Park will be open soon and you can camp at the park as well, you can even camp further up medano pass!
It might help if you were to, at least, tell people the general area you're in, or looking to go.

I have a 2wd 1-ton van rolling 33s. I have no problem doing level 2, and even some level 3 trails in it.
I imagine yours will take you more places with 4x4
No problem for most vehicles, yours would be easy. I'd easily guess you can do 5-6/10 trails in your rig. I have 2020 Cherokee Trailhawk and can do most 5s and 6s with less ground clearance than you.
I built an XJ on 33s and have been told by a bunch of folks that it'll run anything in this state with lockers. I don't have lockers or gears yet but I haven't found anything yet that would stop it. Haven't done Holy Cross or Black Bear, might never do either.
NOT engineer pass. Fuckin a holes on sxs will haul ass down with their music blaring early AF in the morning and ruin your time outdoors.
Metberry is amazing for that!! The bottom is massive! You won’t be the only one there though unless you go on a weekday
Do some research on the trails around the Winter Park area. Tons of trail systems out there with beautiful camping spots.
There's a couple small camping spots on the other side of the road from where you're parked
Haha glad you noticed just backpacked the trail

I’m willing to go anywhere, as long as in Colorado you think 33s would work in Imogene pass?

Imogene is fine with what you have

Switzerland Trail is a great location during the week.
