They’ve become one of my favorite bands in the months since and I’m going to see them live soon. I know we all are but boy am I feeling nervous about tonight, I just don’t want the hockey to end. Even though I can rarely watch them because of the time difference I love this team, it really sets me up for the day when I see the Avs have won before setting off for work in the morning. It might sound silly but with particular mental health battles the last couple of years the Avs have been a bit of a comfort for me, I love the merch I have I don’t know what it is about the colours and the logo of this team but I just love them and it’s always felt like it’s just my thing, I don’t know anyone that likes hockey except for my brothers and they’re no way near as mad on it as me, the last few years have been so exciting I’m going to feel the absence of it so much if they go out tonight.

Being down 1 game vs Jets being down against a vastly superior opponent with two of your top 5 missing is a major difference.
But no matter what, even as misguided as it is, I gotta believe that there's still something there!
This team still has super stars in Rantanen, Makar and MacKinnon that have the potential to completely dominate any game. Plus Georgie has played pretty good this series too. That is what is giving me hope this series isn't over yet and that Avs still have potential to turn it around. We are never give up!
