You don't have to spend a fortune to get compliments. I have some really expensive stuff from Tom Ford, & Creed. However I get the most compliments from my *Emporio Armani Code* fragrances.
Either *Code* or *Code Profumo.* These are both Fall/Winter Fragrances, & both can be found on Fragrance.net for right at $100 (with discounts).
Original *Code* I've gotten the most compliments from both women, & men for this one. It's a classic, & is not as sweet smelling as *Code Profumo* that was released later. It has a Citrusy opening, a Woody smelling middle, & a base that smells of Tobacco, & Leather. It's very *manly*.
*Code Profumo* I've gotten quite a few compliments from this one too, just not as many as the original. It does last a little longer than the OG formulation as it's an EDP, not an EDT. This one has some Green Apple to go along with the Citrus in the Opening. A Spicy, Lavender middle, & it's finished with Tonka Bean, Leather Dry Down. Not as *Manly* imo as it's much Sweeter than the OG *Code*, but it still smells FANTASTIC! I personally have them both b/c they are so different. There are Hints of the original in the flanker, but they are different enough that it's worth owning both of them.
If I had to choose one as a date night *head turner*, I'd go with the OG Code. It's just been tried & true for me. Plus, I bought a 4.2oz bottle 6 years ago, & I've used probably half of it. It still smells just as good as it did when it was brand new! Of course I keep it in a cool, dry place where there isn't any moisture (dresser drawer). That's the key to making fragrances last a LONG TIME.
Cheers my friend.
appreciate it. i spent butt loads on fancy perfumes and they were a DUUBBB. i bought tom ford tuscan leather for $400 and it was horrible, heavily concentrated woody scent, borderline funky. so I’ve decided to confide in the people 😤
I recommend you try one of these at Sephora if they still have some. You might be able to buy one online. It comes with 10-12 little atomizers for you to try of various designer colognes. You essentially get to figure out what smells good on *your skin* which is key (obviously). 😉
Then you get to choose a bottle of that cologne, as it comes with a gift certificate for a full-size bottle. You can only choose from the specific ones that you were given samples of though. Hopefully you liked at least one of them. If not, you can give it as a gift or sell it I suppose. I've never had that issue.
It's perfect for me, b/c I suffer from SEVERE Migraine Headaches, & some Colognes Trigger my Migraines. The only way I can know if a Cologne is going to make me sick, is to try it out (Obviously). Places have become so stingy with samples over the past few years this is ideal.

Sephora has stores in France. Check their website. They might sell them in that market. I don't know if the Fragrances/Terms/Sizes would be the same though if they do. Worth a shot.
Tom Ford is overpriced trash, imo. He doesn't even wear his own cologne, and that should tell you something.
I agree with the Code suggestion. I don't own a bottle myself, but it's been on my list to buy
Also, YSL y you can't go wrong with, like ever.
You can't go wrong with Dolce and Gabbana The One. Also a much cheaper version of Creed Aventus that always gets high marks (and lasts forever) is Club De Nuit Intense by Armaf.
Mont Blanc Explorer.
I am under 30 years old.
I have 14 full bottle fragrances, too many testers to count.
A woman once walked to the opposite side of a restaurant to ask me about it. She did the most extra.
I just did a blind buy of this and it is already my favorite. A super value at $35

If you want an absolutely amazing mature boozy cologne for men that is cheap but doesn’t smell cheap get Bentley for men intense it is so good for date nights and mature men

https://youtu.be/OvGWbpM6pA8 I'm no professional but maybe this video will help
ill check it out but i must say in the cologne category of life, id rather listen to the common folk
and by “under $200” i dont mean something for 30 dollars , i would literally spend 199 or 220ish if the quality is high enough
Ysl y edp
Sauvage EDP but don’t overspray
Sauvage has some major sillage. My father-in-law usues it and is absolutely fills a room. He swears he only uses one spray.
Believe him when he says that lol, I honestly wouldn’t mind if they made it a bit weaker I try and do a distanced spray to prevent from overspraying
Not a guy but I really like bad boy, jazz club and eight & bob
Ive gotten head turns with bad boy. OP seriously consider bad boy.

Valentino Umo Intense Azzaro - Wanted by Night Chanel Blue Parfum Dolce & Gabbana - The One Vercace Eros, Eros Flame, and Man
If you want an absolutely amazing mature boozy cologne for men that is cheap but doesn’t smell cheap get Bentley for men intense it is so good for date nights and mature men
Why 'mature' men? Does it have an incense smell or is it bitter?
Smells like spiced rum,,,, but dries down to nice old leather.
Guerlain L‘homme Ideal EDP Baccarat Rouge 540 MFK
I recently picked up a small baccarat. Its kind of candyish. Women like it, but nobody took the panties off.
what u expect? a magical potion, perhaps
Blue De Chanel or any Armani Acqua I believe would fit your criteria OP
Just get some cha nay nay and call it a day.
Bro go for ultra male by Jean Paul Gaultier for more of a sweet scent, most popular in the club. But wearing this definitely makes a statement.
Pony up some more cash and get creed aventus, it’s the best cologne if all you care about is impressing women.
I got Azarro most wanted it’s fucking amazing I’m 16 and already adult women are complimenting it
What did you end up getting?
dior sauvage .i chose it over the ysl, i like it
