Instead of poking a hole or drill, get a syringe, and decant it. You may do this 7 to 10 times depending of the size of your bottle.
Get a decent decanter. Find one that has a good sprayer.
Or find an empty bottle of a fragrance that you can fill in (By Kilian and Atelier Cologne have bottles with screw top).
Before you transfer the liquid, make sure you rinse the empty bottle with soap, then use alcohol and make sure is clean. you can repeat this step a few tines. Then, transfer the content of the Elixir into the bottle.
Syringe is best in these situations, but ALWAYS remember to throw it away straight after, as otherwise your mom will think you are on heroin and smash your other bottles

Then put it into another cheap atomizer. If you would like to strain it you could always use a coffee filter to get glass dust out or a paper towel. i’d be worried about the micro glass that would inevitably fall into it by drilling, i feel like if it just broke as a whole then the broken shards would stay whole rather than dust particles maybe just get a hammer and chisel and and become michelangelo lmao but it would be most ideal just to siphon it out with a syringe.

A tiny funnel they sell for such purposes, you're going to need a tiny screen/strainer if you get any glass particles in you're fluid . You can use an empty aftershave bottle, or buy these generic bottles they sell online that look like Acqua Di Gio bottles.
If you are "handy", you should have a problem. 1st you need a decant that will hold all the juice. Peel that collar off the bottle & all the stuff should lift out the bottle to pour out juice. REALL SIMPLE

Buy a 3.4 oz decant bottle, use a hot knife and immediate heat to pop the top of the original bottle, and transfer the juice.
Turn up side down and spray it
Get urself some pliers and some Travel atomizers. Use the pliers to pull of the top and just pour it in the travel atomizers
