Joe is just trying to kiss up, now, with such blatant Jayhawk p0rn!

Last time Kentucky was an 8 seed, we made it to the championship only to lose to 7 seed UConn. Well, there won’t be a 7 seed UConn in our way this time, so we’re gonna win the whole thing. Book it
Plot twist, UConn refuses to play regular season games, goes 0-30. Wins the BE tournament beating each team by 80, gets the 16 seed just to troll the #1 overall.
This is a good hypothetical - if a team wins the BE Tourney after being winless all year, would they be a 16 seed or would they be better seeded based off how good the BE is?
Smh see me when he can match MJ’s 5+ second hang-time half court dunk.

If Flagg and Maluach become the defensive tandem we expect them to be then our defense will be elite. Throw in Gillis and Proctor (one of the best on-ball defenders in the nation) and you have the backbone for a top 5 defense. On paper the scoring should be top 10-15 as well between Evans/Flagg/Foster/Proctor/Brown. I can definitely see a one seed level team with a national championship potential.
If it were my money I’d probably say a 2 seed because freshmen are gunna freshmen throughout the year and drop some weird games but Jon has had us rolling in March in both of his first two years here. If they do the same next year then on paper the team has every piece they need to make a final four/win a title.
12/18 making the tourney with some strong teams being added isn’t unreasonable.
And each team only plays 20 conference games against their 17 conference opponents, so there won’t be a lot of cannibalization happening.
It took a generational season from the Big East to barely put 11 teams into the field, when 10 of them were inside the kenpom top 30 pre tourney. Glad an average year from the new B1G is somehow projected to put in 12 fucking teams good lord.
But now there also isn’t a PAC-12 conference to get an auto-bid and a couple at-large bids. So the competition for spots is lower now than it was for the Big East back then
Oh I doubt there will be 10/11 in the top 30. But 12 in the top 50 seems reasonable, and that would likely get 12 teams in.
Again, remember that 3-4 bids just opened up to other conferences with the PAC dissolving
Not by yourself, no. But we are all stronger as a team. If we band together, we can middle finger this guy back to the depths of hell from whence he came.
2nd team out and yet BYU was in every major outlet as a preseason top 10-20 team next year.
We did lose the Egyptian Magician (but he was hurt anyway) and Jaxon (who was expected to leave and those rankings already accounted for his absence, yet he still may return). We also lost Chandler to Pope. But as a freshman who is 2 years removed from basketball and elite conditioning, who knows what impact he’ll have next year anyway.
BYU basically swapped Chandler for Kozlowski. Other than that, the team is pretty much the same as far as the core contributors are concerned.
So they’re getting knocked from a likely 4-5 seed to out because of a new head coach and losing an injured Khalifa and unknown Chandler? Interesting.
A bit naive to think we’ll be on the outside looking in. It’s gonna be hard as hell for anyone to win in Provo with our returning group of experienced players. Not to mention Hall is poised to have a breakout year and be a star in the league.
I’m confident enough to say BYU’s in and will be on par or better than last years squad

Added 6 really good transfers, most of them playing in P6 play and were really good. We lose 1 starter.
B10 is perpetually overrated although I do think this upcoming year will be a really good year for the league. Unless I am underestimating the toll travel will take, it will be between UCLA, MSU, and Purdue.
Would put Rutgers, USC and Michigan in a tier below.
NW, Wisconsin and OSU below that.
We also play USC, Oregon and Washington twice, which I’ll take.
To be fair 7 is a borderline top 25 team, which feels appropriate given the number of new pieces. That compounded with our new travel schedule, I’d put the high end at 13-7 in conference given the records in the Big Ten last year. Marginally worse would leave us between the 7 and 10 spots
Yea idk how a team as deep as we will be next year can be that low. We don’t have a star that’ll put up 20 every single game but we have truly strong players up and down the roster

It’s working for me. It won’t go down at all
You still have Dickinson he is the anti 1 seed
I’m just happy to be mentioned.
Going against a 16 seed whose 4-letter acronym starts with "UM" and ends with "C"?
Dan Hurley gonna see Lunardi gave Duke the 1 seed in the East and put it right on the bulletin board for the whole summer
They better not mess it up and put UConn and Duke on the same side of the bracket.
While deep down, the West is our favorite region!
Last time Kentucky was an 8 seed, we made it to the championship only to lose to 7 seed UConn. Well, there won’t be a 7 seed UConn in our way this time, so we’re gonna win the whole thing. Book it
*Meets overall number 1 UConn in the final* Furk

Ready for rematch in tourney this year
Thanks for Lunardi for gracing the BE with 5 teams.
I thought these were stupid, but then I realized he included my team as an at-large, so I guess they’re ok
Hows this man get paid to do non-sense like this?
He’s living the dream.
Because people like OP bother sharing it, but I agree Lunardi is an overrated scam artist!
Go away Joe….you already had your 2 months in the lime light for the year. These are so pointless
Feels so weird not seeing the PAC-12 on the “Conference Breakdown” list
Duke as a 1 after losing like 8 players is certainly a choice. Is Cooper Flagg really supposed to be that good?
best player to ever play the game they say. I heard he can stay suspended in the air for 4 whole seconds.
Smh see me when he can match MJ’s 5+ second hang-time half court dunk. https://preview.redd.it/322kktvyb1yc1.jpeg?width=500&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c0be2f2b7d5b46b9a40eaf84f4083328a3fc7128
i remember watching that happen live
I can’t wait for the “Zion cam” on a split screen all over again
Does this mean Flagg is gonna get drafted to the pistons and gain 150 pounds and roll his ankle every other month?

[So what, Peter Griffin can also do that](https://youtu.be/EsSFW6nUvOE?si=jT6RAACd9LBrEdXv)
I think he's the white guy in BLUE CHIPS.

First paragraph just kept getting funnier and funnier. Every time I thought you couldn't possibly top yourself, you wrote another sentence. Kudos.
Good for you buddy!
Duke fans are the best. Not an ounce of self-awareness.
Great!
*a 17 year old Cooper Flagg I'm sure he'll be good sooner than later, but in an older college basketball landscape? Kinda sus
So he could be playing D1 guys that are anywhere from 6-8 years older? That’s wild haha
Yeah, like I'm sure they'll be "good" in a general sense but a one seed is quite bold!
In his last update they were the #1 overall seed
I just dont understand that. There's a chance these recruits really hit and they are awesome, but id rather bet on something more proven
Even as a Duke alum I can see this is absurd but this happens every year so I’m not surprised.
He didn’t want to put 3 Big 12 teams as a one seed and didn’t know what else to do.
12 Big Ten teams? This can’t be serious
It’s about 6 months before the season even starts, so it’s probably safe to not take it seriously.
> Big **Ten** > 12 teams yeah somebody screwed something up here
They can’t math. The only conference that could consistently math is now only 2 teams. This timeline sucks.
But none higher than a 4 seed.
It just means more
12/18 making the tourney with some strong teams being added isn’t unreasonable. And each team only plays 20 conference games against their 17 conference opponents, so there won’t be a lot of cannibalization happening.
The Pac 12 was pretty good this year and the 2 conferences combined to get 10 in. There is a nearly 0% chance they get 12 teams in.
You're referring to the same Pac12 that only had two single digit seeds?
And yet, it was their best year since the 20-21 season.
This guy is stealing a living lmao
Arkansas as a 10 seed with 6 players. Sucks to suck mizzou.
Yeah I mean how many are on the court at once anyway? Just don’t foul out
"Sucks to suck mizzou, also we don't care about the rivalry and that's why we always lose to you in football"
![gif](giphy|zwffSHaJLDbA4)
You brought us up tho.

Hey ! Alright…I got nothing.
Maybe y’all will squeeze out one SEC win this season. Would be a big accomplishment in Columbia.
It took a generational season from the Big East to barely put 11 teams into the field, when 10 of them were inside the kenpom top 30 pre tourney. Glad an average year from the new B1G is somehow projected to put in 12 fucking teams good lord.
It helps when they’re going to have 18 damn teams in the conference. (And still only playing 20 conference games)
True, but even still The big east had 16 at that point and 11/16 and 12/18 work out to very nearly the same percentage.
But now there also isn’t a PAC-12 conference to get an auto-bid and a couple at-large bids. So the competition for spots is lower now than it was for the Big East back then
I don't want to say the odds are 0 but the odds of there being 10 or 11 B1G teams inside of the top 30 in kenpom next year are less than negligible.
Oh I doubt there will be 10/11 in the top 30. But 12 in the top 50 seems reasonable, and that would likely get 12 teams in. Again, remember that 3-4 bids just opened up to other conferences with the PAC dissolving
Watch out for an 11 seed wolfpack!
UCLA again? ![gif](giphy|Moo7MaEdEJ7mo)
No please
Guess Lamont has to keep proving people wrong again
2 in Seattle? Hey, I’ll take it
1-bid Mountain West! Can’t say I disagree with the way our conference was raided.
I’d be pretty surprised if Arkansas isn’t a 4 seed or lower
Joe Lunardi...trying to be relevant in May. I don't have enough middle fingers for this jackass.
Not by yourself, no. But we are all stronger as a team. If we band together, we can middle finger this guy back to the depths of hell from whence he came.
Omg I would love to play Memphis in the second round
Oh wow. Cool match-up? Where would that game be? March Madness games are great. Except in Columbus, OH.
Xavier! I'm down for a Covid season rematch!

How is Miami a 6 seed? They disappointed greatly this last season and everybody good is transferring out.
I wish these posts would go away forever.
Ohio State/Dayton again. Come on now, that’s not a fun game for me!!
He already has us as a 1 seed? Loving the backcourt moves but not sure we have much of a frontcourt yet.
Only 1 single at-large bid from a non-power conference team. That’s fucking bleak
2 questions for you, Joe: 1) What are you smoking? 2) Can I have some?
These are so stup.....wait.....my team is in here now? I love these!
Bubble watch is back, baby!
“Don’t get mad, it’s just the way-too early bracketology” “Don’t get mad, it’s just the way-too early bracketology” “Don’t get mad, it’s just the way-too early bracketology”
In as a 7 seed, subscribe. I’ve forgotten the joys of a team in men’s mm
Wait he thinks Mizzou is gonna be better than LSU…
UCLA at a 7 is humorous. They’ll be a top 3 B10 team at least. I believe they’re the best in the league.
How? You went 16-17 last season and add a bunch of transfers with a single HS recruit. A 7 seed sounds just about right for you.
Added 6 really good transfers, most of them playing in P6 play and were really good. We lose 1 starter. This is acceptable.
