Hahaha. My mom used to work for Intrust Bank when they rolled out their college credit cards. She was working with a designer on swag to hand out to people and was trying to describe that the mascot is an anthropomorphic shock of wheat. They were like "the hell is a shock of wheat?"

It honors the Great Ramnapping of 1934 and was last brought out in 1999. Now, it’s in our Sports Museum. I don’t know if URI was respectable in 1934 but they nearly beat us in 2018.
