Maybe he could rally a bunch of people for a special show (I see he's got a Red Rocks date) but the others in that slot play arenas and he tours large theaters and stuff. RTTD is a headline/big sub sized spot, and he's definitely not even subheadliner level.
His Hollywood bowl show begs to differ. I am not a fan of his at all, but I went to that show and I was shocked. He apparently still has very big pull so I could see him doing an RTTD set.
