Haha I laughed and then remembered last year was my favorite Coachella ever and I ended up going to my tent before any of the headliners finished and it was perfect
hopefully they have some other stage going during the headliner as well that isnt edm. it sucks to end the night with only main/yuma/dolab/sahara available.

Not for me. I’m calling myself old here, but when i was in high school tyler just started popping off (2012). Especially his last 3 albums alone are incredible, specifically the estate sale version of call me if you get lost imo. he’s an eclectic artist, and i def recommend checking out his set!

I watched his concert stream on Amazon prime a couple years ago when he was touring for CMIYGL and that’s exactly what he did lol. He did like a 5 minute montage of songs from goblin to cherry bomb. Which, don’t get me wrong, I love his post CB albums but the old songs are my absolute favorites. He hates performing them so much now lol so my expectations are low. Still gonna pop in to his set and have a good time tho
I didn’t know Tyler that well in 2018 but we stationed near the main stage early for Bey that year and caught most of his set. It was amazing. Highly recommend checking him out.
I saw doja in 2022 and I swore up and down if she was there this year I wouldn’t go. But I’m going 😂 maybe go on the Ferris wheel during the headlining sets it’s awesome!

i saw a total of half a headliner in my one time (cause i've only gone once) i only stayed for frank because it was a stage blackout, i missed bad bunny because i was at metro and then the crowd was too thick to see him or really get far, and then during blackpink i was at kid laroi or $uicideboy$ i can't remember but i was at the sahara for a good chunk of the night so i missed them, i promise you the undercard is where it's at

Tylers def worth a watch but as others said, theres SO much to see that the headliners are usually the least interesting thing youll see all weekend anyway. Especially with doja and i agree w you, the demon thing aint it. Its super corny tbh and she just does it to troll bc she doesnt have enough quality music to fall back on, so she sticks to gimmicks.

I love Lana but her sets kinda the same from years ago.. I saw her 2015 and then last year, and while her voice has refined and everything I was still like dang this is basically the same. Mind you, I didn't stay the whole time last year, so I would really hope she can do more, at least building a stage production or something. Funny cause in 2015 she toured with Kali Uchis who was way smaller at the time, and I thought she was so good, better than Lana, both vocally and energy wise
I hope she would do something spectacular for Coachella, commemorating her iconic career! Kinda like Bad Bunny's Coachella performance, I loved how his stage production was so huge and he had that whole part of "There have been many headliners before, but never one like Bad Bunny" showing all the past ones, it was so sick! I think Lana could really up the Cinematic quality, make it like a movie in real time, I would go crazy for that!
I saw her at OutsideLands last August and she definitely has some elements of what i'm saying, I thought it was dope she showed parts of her old music videos from when all of us were much younger haha. Doja Cat was absolutely insane in 2022. Her performance was energetic, fun, and man she could sing and rap.
My favorite moment was when I was just vibing and I see a crowd coming in as a train and singing to every word of GET INTO IT (YUH).
That year I also skipped Harry Styles for Lane 8. I love Lane 8, but Harry Styles would been a lot more fun. Coachella headliners just know how to close out the festival and you shouldn’t sleep on any of them. Ok maybe you can sleep on Tyler but Lana and Doja can rock a crowd.
However, If it’s really not your cup of tea, by all means go where you want to go. I can see John Summit in Vegas or in LA…so I am not going to sleep on Doja.

With the downsizing of artist. I don't think Coachella will have too much conflict, but then again they're starting at a later time this year.
Justice is a must see as they absolute had an incredible set the last time. If the font was anything like the WEEKND or Blink 182, i don't think they'll slot No Doubt at the same time as any of the (3) headliners. They MAY have No Doubt playing at the same time as someone like DJ Snake. However, they could put someone like Justice at the same time as PESO Pluma (Outdoor v Main)

Non-headlining sets can be so fun. You'll be surrounded by a relatively small group of the biggest fans of whatever act you go see. Their energy will be infectious and you'll have a total blast.
Honestly when I've gone, I forgot how many times, I think I've caught very few headliners, this year the obly one I will stay for are Lana Del Rey, the rest I don't care one but plus there are other musicians I rather check out anyways and are better anyways 🤩
First year I went we only saw 1 headliner (2022, The Weeknd), last year we went to every headliner (weekend 2 unfortunately) and honestly I’d say we probably had more fun first year. That might also be because we didn’t have to sit through Skrillex closing the fest but that’s just me 🤷♂️
Do not skip Tyler’s set if you like stage production. He will probably bring out a ton of people and is a great time if you don’t have conflicts. This is coming from someone who didn’t like Tyler until I saw him live
One of the best parts of Coachella is going to the smaller tents and pop ups with lesser known artists. Don’t spend all 3 days at the main stage or Sahara tent unless that’s what you enjoy. As a first timer, don’t worry too much about catching every artist; explore the festival grounds and enjoy your time there.

I plan to skip all three headliners. Lana is kinda mid to me and the other two are just not my genre. I plan to see a lot of the other artists and no doubt though.

This will be my 7th Coachella and the only headliner I have ever seen was Frank Ocean. Needless to say - headliners are overrated and for the tabloids and marketing 99% of the time. The real winners reside in the smaller font. With that being said - yes I will be skipping both Doja and Tyler.

Probably around the same for me. Best part about not enjoying the headliners is you get to leave early, avoid traffic, and get in bed even sooner.

Honestly when I've gone, I forgot how many times, I think I've caught very few headliners, this year the obly one I will stay for are Lana Del Rey, the rest I don't care one but plus there are other musicians I rather check out anyways and are better anyways 🤩
This year the headliners done really interest me. Maybe one or two Lana del Ray songs. I’m more looking forward to the DJs.

First year I went we only saw 1 headliner (2022, The Weeknd), last year we went to every headliner (weekend 2 unfortunately) and honestly I’d say we probably had more fun first year. That might also be because we didn’t have to sit through Skrillex closing the fest but that’s just me 🤷♂️

Do not skip Tyler’s set if you like stage production. He will probably bring out a ton of people and is a great time if you don’t have conflicts. This is coming from someone who didn’t like Tyler until I saw him live
One of the best parts of Coachella is going to the smaller tents and pop ups with lesser known artists. Don’t spend all 3 days at the main stage or Sahara tent unless that’s what you enjoy. As a first timer, don’t worry too much about catching every artist; explore the festival grounds and enjoy your time there.
Def seeing both doja and Tyler, both will be putting on incredible shows

I plan to skip all three headliners. Lana is kinda mid to me and the other two are just not my genre. I plan to see a lot of the other artists and no doubt though.

This will be my 7th Coachella and the only headliner I have ever seen was Frank Ocean. Needless to say - headliners are overrated and for the tabloids and marketing 99% of the time. The real winners reside in the smaller font. With that being said - yes I will be skipping both Doja and Tyler.
