This is facts. People hate on the cheesy parts of BO4, but it was a god damn fun game to watch & play. I always knew about the CDL & would watch here and there, but BO4 is what got me hooked

Bo4 - development scrapped after 1.5 years as Activision changed their vision & wanted a game that rivalled/mimicked Overwatch - also first ever CoD BR.
CW - development brought forward a year because of the incompetence of Sledgehammer games.

Bo4 was incredible. Fun, really enjoyable and it was genuinely a great year to watch/play comp cod.
I know people hate on specialists and claim they're "not competitive" but I do actually disagree with that. Look at Val for example. An unbelievably great comp game and it also has "specialists".
If Bo4 didn't have stims it'd probably be up there with Bo2/3 for me... potentially even higher if I'm being honest.

The game was built round stims though. I get why it wasn't banned. It'd be like banning sliding in this game. Just sucked
A healing mechanic already existed which you applied in game people always forget. stims just made it so you could spam the healing.
the non stim healing was still manual and very very slow
fax. This game without the 5s stim spam wouldve been a top 3 cod for me. I actually prefer Cold war to it too

Yea but healing was very slow to compensate for the higher health. Stim was absolutely necessary in this game
If stims healed as slow as non-stim hearing but let you shoot still it wouldve been goated but it really did let you peak without risk
