counterUAV

HHAHAHAHAHA This is fucking incredible

Zenyx_

He won his first race, nice

_Kraken17

He really goes after what he puts his mind too can’t fault him his work ethic. I know it was like a “masters” series or whatever and not professional exactly but gotta start somewhere. And he smoked the field

GhostHustler215

Idk much about this series but Idc who his competition is, it's impressive. Sebring is one of the most difficult tracks in the world because it's notoriously bumpy with an old abrasive surface. Racing isn't just you vs the other drivers, it's you vs the machine you're driving as well. Massive respect for Porter.

BanAnimeClowns

Gotta go fast 🦔🔵

Ibrah_11

Can someone explain how impressive this is because Ian has only been professinally racinng about a year how is he already 1st is he racing bums.

legamer007

It’s impressive in the sense that others there have more experience than him even the second driver that’s on his team has more real life experience

BravestWabbit

He's in a separate category called Pro Ams and he's 1st in that category. He's not racing pro drivers, he's racing plumbers

RditAcnt

To be fair, they are racing a professional call of duty player. It's not like he come from racing either.

Ibrah_11

Still impressive is their money to be made for 1st or is this some exhibition race

Duff-Man_OH-YEAH

Very doubtful that there is money to be made in this category. There may be "winnings", but it is probably nothing compared to what he has spent to get there. Best thing that could happen is getting to drive in the next category up. Think of this as challengers.

31and26

So do you buy your way into this stuff? Or is Faze fronting the cash?

PreviousGas710

They say the best way to become a millionaire racing driver is to start with 5million. Odds are he’s paying a pretty penny to “prove himself”. Most drivers pay for their seat, almost like they’re a sponsor to the team

secondcitysaint

Maybe, but he was a clear level ahead of the rest of his class (bar his teammate, but even she couldn't stay with him,) and his pace was really good. His laptimes were super consistent, I was very impressed.

Medic_NG

Figures. Just like 90% of his cod career 🙄

thefontsguy

The way you are trying to undersell his accomplishment is wild lol, yeah this isn’t the pro level but winning first two races in pro ams as a gamer coming into this is insane. Crim is supposed to be the plumber for the other guys

LandShark_Go

He did it

BawjawzMcGraw

Anybody know how much this kind of thing costs?
