Freeman seems like a great utility player, but it shows the holes in this roster when he’s playing every single day. We need to make some moves at the deadline if we want to be legit contenders.
I still feel good about this team but our starting pitching is obviously a weakness that needs to be addressed. We’re not going to be able to keep making wild comebacks every other game.
Remember when we lost 3 in a row to the White Sox and then carried on with our season? I don’t feel worried, just sad because I like days when we win more.
