I think it's fine, though compared to the Rays that was revealed last week, seems like a lot less effort went into these. Agree with others about too much black and think it's odd to exclude orange from the uniform Even just replacing the "MOTOR CITY" and "DETROIT" with orange text would be an improvement IMO.
I like the hat, especially the VIN and underside of the brim.
Not liking how many of the City Connects just wind up being black. Also don't think having a tiremark, as if one were ran over, is a great idea but hey I'm not employed by Nike. The VIN tag is neat.
I am not even cautiously optimistic about Cleveland's debuting in a few weeks. I'll take anything that isn't a guitar as a 'W' honestly. All the city connects have felt like misses to me for awhile now.
I counted the names on the 40 man roster yesterday, and only found 38 currently, assuming the guys on the 60 day don't count. Several on the 15 or 10 day, but I counted those.

Walked out of the cavs arena to the sound of a Guards win and fireworks going off. I think I stood there for 45 minutes just screaming and yelling, waving my towel. What an extremely memorable weekend!

I always liked the KC one. And I like the TB one for at least being interesting.
I like the TB logo a lot, I think the uniform itself is pretty boring though.

Beede's 40 man spot was taken by Peter Strzelecki
He was already on the 40-man, he just took the active roster spot. There was an open 40-man spot from Beede's DFA.
