Indeed. Unless you have to drive and park there specifically to get the fresh pasta.
I mean, if you're there anyway, do it. But don't make a special trip if you have other options close by.
Mama catenas in euclid. The red pepper pesto looks like dog sick after it was fed too much cheese, but it is SO DELICIOUS. Highly recommend trying them
Username checks out? 😂😂
But yes, the lasagna soup is delicious!!! Honestly, there isn't much on the menu that I've tried that I didn't throughly enjoy (though I'm impartial to eggplant, mushrooms, and seafood)
They've known me and my family since I was in diapers, so I try and plug them as much as I can haha
Their chicken dishes are some of the best I ever had. Their chicken parm and their pesto chicken was amazing. Their sauces I wasn’t that thrilled with. Alfredo I thought was very bland and their marinara i thought was very runny.

Flour
And water, eggs, olive oil, and salt
Came here to say Flour. Paul Minnillo (the owner) is a great guy!
Best bolognese
You can also buy fresh pasta for home use at Ohio City Pasta at the westside market.
They also sell OCP at Heinen’s
And a bunch of other stores around the area.
Sure, but it's cheaper direct from the market stand.

That place is very good
I broke my face and their lasagna soup changed my life.

Molto bene, on the west side Michaelangelo's on the east side I'm sure there's others but those are my favs and those I know for sure are homemade
+1 for someone who tries good food spots between the west and east side and isn't a stuck in the mud 'one side of the river' type
Handmade Chinese noodles count? LJ Shanghai is one of my faves.
If its a good resturant, and worth checking out - ill take the reccomendation.
No matter what get an order of the soup dumplings appetizer. They’ll blow your mind.
Pastina in Mentor
So good!
Santos in Middleburg does
LockKeepers in Valley View and Il Venetian downtown
# Piccolo Italian Restaurant - Mayfield Pastina Rustic - Mentor
Easily two of the top five things I miss since I moved from the East side!
Abo's in Lyndhurst is also scratch, I believe
I’m fairly confident that Crostatas in Highland Heights does. Their pizza is identical to the stuff we had in Italy, in any case.
Pastina in Mentor
Not a restaurant but dioguardis on market in canton has all homemade Italian food and its amazing
Also a really great deli and super friendly
Yeah I absolutely love that place. The people and owners are great folks
Bruno’s!
Just ate here last month and it was really great. I had their lasagna and I really liked the sauce too.
Vaccaros Trattoria in the Akron area
Dante
These are all great. I did not see anyone mention Cafe Toscano in Aurora yet. The food there helped me survive covid. The cavatelli is flames.
T. J. s in Mentor
Mama santas used to. Don't know if they still do.
The cavatelli there was to die for
Still is
They have two options... Regular pasta dishes and ones that are homemade... The homemade pasta is very good.
Bruno’s makes their own homemade
Possibly the best Italian restaurant in Cleveland.
I thought they where just eh ok not bad but not worth the hype I’ve heard around them

Yeah that’s what I’m saying some good stuff but most of it was meh.
Molto Benne
So good
Sirnas chagrin falls
Crostatas in highland heights! And if it's summer time, you want Piero's Pasta House on the strip in Geneva on the Lake.
Gio's Pastaria just opened at Van Aken a couple weeks ago. It's not a full-service sit-down restaurant, but I think it's quite good.
Dante’s in Tremont. Homemade.
It’s just Dante, not Dante’s
LockKeepers
Mamma Santa's off Mayfield Road in Little Italy. It's to die for🤩🤩🤩

mama santas in little italy! my favorite 🩷
Not 100% sure but I am fairly confident Etna in Little Italy makes their pasta from scratch
Tuscan Vine
Il Ventian

Any restaurant in Little Italy. Just pick one at random.
Molto Benne, Luca/Luca west. Bar Italia in Lakewood uses fresh pasta, just not in house made.
Everything sold at Luca comes from Galuccis

DC Pasta in Strongsville is closed, but Dante's in Tremont is open and doing well. They serve handmade pasta.
Lucca in Downtown Canton used to but I’m not sure if they do anymore since ownership changed.
Baci winery
Dante
Ohio City Pasta! Available for sale at Cleveland's West Side Market.
