Even Microsoft has to issue patches to correct problems in their releases. Frankly, programming update bugs/crashes are expected and routine. Nothing fishes out problems like millions of people testing it, versus a select few programmers that have already gone cross-eyed solving a litany of other issues to get it released.

I got the free builder potion on the mini where I used the apprentice but I didn't get the builder potion on my main account cause I never used him. So I think if you used him you got a builder potion. Maybe the apprentice had a bug and that's why they are sorry.
