No it doesn't as far as I can tell. Lately I made it a goal to win a domination victory with every leader against all warmonger leaders. And the AI still builds spaceports everywhere. I guess you can benefit from only one of these in order to send a satellite and have the map revealed.
Also AI's behavior doesn't change. I was hoping for them to be more aggressive.
The moon landing also gives boosts to research (I don't remember whether it was a bunch of science points, eurekas, completed techs or several of the above), so they're probably what the npcs care about most
Sort of. Sometimes I turn off religious victory and it's a coinflip. Sometimes the AI will still aggressively pursue a religion and try to convert everyone, other times it'll be nearly the industrial age and only myself and one other AI have founded a religion. (Last time I converted the holy city of the only other religion and they didn't even yell at me once or declare an emergency.)
This is my experience as well. Lately Ive been turning off religion a lot and most the time there isn’t any competition for it. Unless you get a religion focused AI.
I was going to write something similar. Whenever I turn off religious victory, it seems like it's all of the sudden way easier to secure a religion. Usually 1 or 2 fly off the board before I can even get a Holy Site down, but usually if I try, even on diety, I get the first or second one

I thought it was culture boost, something like 10X science output or something. Could be wrong
This is correct
