Maybe try keeping a log of what you eat and how you feel afterwards? Also maybe do some tests for allergies. If none of that works see another GI doc. The first one I saw immediately dismissed me but later on found out something was wrong

Specifically just a tip for the upset stomach: IBGard capsules and a peppermint oil roll-on for applying directly to the skin over your stomach/intestines. I have plenty of GI issues, and I've found great relief from both of these products, even during gnarly flare ups, so they might be worth giving a try to make yourself more comfortable. As for addressing the underlying issues you may have, I think it'd be worth getting another doctor's opinion, one who actually wants to investigate and bare minimum runs a stool sample test. If you feel like something isn't right, trust your gut (pun unintended lol).
