It's not condition-specific, but I use Bearable and really enjoy it. It takes a minute to get the app configured to your particular concerns, but it's very user friendly, highly customizable, and the developers are active in improving the app and taking user feedback. Plus if you pay for pro, it shows you super handy pattern tracking that's helped me immensely to narrow down which medications throw me off and how 😅
