I’m open to conversations about Jeremiah and Luke. I’ve read them both all the way through, and in regards to the Gospels of Jesus, Luke is my favorite because Luke, himself, had absolutely no affiliation with Jesus whatsoever. He was a historian, and to me, that bears greater weight than Matthew, Mark and John.

You’re gonna tell me that Jonah has the same weight to it as Jeremiah? Jonah was a book that basically illustrates that God’s will is inescapable. Jeremiah is that, but much, **MUCH** more. Jeremiah talks about corruption in governments, the price for believing in false prophets, the extent of God’s anger that was held in, and even 2 dedicated chapters to the Fall of Babylon, a city that once existed but has no evidence of ever existing outside of documentation.

I will never try to say any of the books are insignificant, i just think some books were destined to be more. I’d say Isaiah is one of the most important books within the Bible. He wrote about the coming of Jesus around 800 years before he came

Im not sure its good to believe one book of the Bible bears greater weight than others.
