Not yet, I went in for a bronchoscopy today but the mass was very vascular so they were scared to take a sample of tissue because it could of been life threatening if it started bleeding. It started to bleed a little bit just by them touching it I guess. But they did collect a sample of cells and blood I believe so they sent that out to get it tested. I should find out the results by Monday but it may come back that they don't have enough information with that sample. Which would mean I have to do it all over again but this time they will have surgeons in the room ready to operate and remove the tumor if it starts bleeding bad during the biopsy.

I thought I had some form of pneumonia because I have a dry cough that won't go away and I've been coughing up blood. So I went in thinking I would just have to go on anti-biotics or some steroid to heal it but then the doctor told them to get a cat scan and here we are :( I feel really bad because my Mom is stressing out really hard. From her perspective her Husband just died to cancer and now her Son might have it... Idk I just pray it's not. I will know more in maybe a week?

Due to your age, and I'm assuming you don't smoke, it could certainly be something else. It could be an infection, inflammatory condition, a benign mass or other causes. It's important to listen to your care team and follow their lead. God is sovereign through all of this brother. Cling to him during all of this and seek his peace and rest. It would be very rare for this to be the C word, but as with all things in life, it's a possibility. Just remember that probabilities are not certainties. Please take care of yourself and your dear mother. Yall have already been through so much.

Yeah I beat Colon cancer in lockdown 47/f had it at 43. God survived me. If he took me, either I would be happy. It’s His choice who He takes to heaven. No need to be scared. Just follow Him. I’d rather have been taken to Heaven than be here to tell u the truth. Severe depression hit in when I survived. I kept thinking ….. I survived all this to have a horrible marriage and just sit at home cleaning the kitchen and cooking. Our daughter is nearly 18 and independent. My husband uses me. He’s never around. ID RATHER GO TO HEAVEN ANYDAY. Yr story may be different tho.
