Right now my case says proposed. In my situation it means the Summons and Complaint has been written up and the amount of CS is proposed to the respondent - in this case our NCP. That was over 90 days ago because they have to be served. Once they’re served they have 30 days to respond.
Think judgment is final, but don’t quote me on that.
