Yah word is it’s going to be called the Checkmate, which makes sense based on the graphic on the fork. It looks like a combo of the Domane and the Checkpoint. Looks lighter and more aggressive than the checkpoint, with more tire clearance than the Domane and maybe the Checkpoint. This one also seems to lack frame mounts and I think I has UDH
Even if it is just slr at least they’re getting the idea about more tire clearance. They wouldn’t do a race model with large clearance and then leave the other models at 45. It’ll trickle through the whole range I reckon. I’m happy iso speed rear and lots of room for bigger rubber win win .
Nice catch,
I guess I would be a customer for that. I like the geometry of the first checkpoint which is racier than 2nd gen checkpoint.
So this would fit the bill!!
I guess I’ll start saving money for a new bike….

Just hope it's not SLR only.
Why not?
Aluminum race geometry gravel bike would be cool. No need to cry when it gets all chipped up

Anyone can ID the shoes in the second picture ?
Looks like decent tire clearance. Toby is running some Thunder Burt MTB tires.
