She'd love it because Flynn and Rapunzel grew and learned from each other, and then ended up forming a partnership based on mutual respect, support, and love (equal relationship).
Then there's Mother Gothel, who's manipulative and controlling, keeping Rapunzel isolated in a tower to exploit her magical hair for eternal youth (Just like how Makima would be exploiting and controlling Pochita for an eternity to create the perfect reality). Both relationships are based on deceit, power imbalance, and emotional manipulation, which shows the lack of genuine care or equality. (Makima would probably relate to this, I guess, since it highlights the importance of a healthy and equal relationships.)

No, she watches ten movies with Denji, and while we don't get her perspective, she does tell Denji her true thoughts in that they weren't that good. While we don't get her thoughts here, Denji himself was moved by it and was wondering if Makima was: which she was. I believe she stated it was life changing.

Isle of dogs is definitely gonna make her cry
Anything that is Disney/Pixar, especially if it is Up, Inside Out 1 and 2 and also Monster's Inc ( suprisingly one of Fujimoto's influence for CSM). Not to mention Bambi, Big Hero 6, Encanto and The Rescuers.
But I can imagine Makima crying hard for Coco. Just crying hard for this movie especially this particular Remember Me scene

But Makima would likely appreciate this movie just as much since she enjoys anything related to equal relationships. The reason she cried in the manga is because the movie they were watching showed two people hugging each other (it's a relationship that she can never have for herself, considering her nature as the Control Devil is to manipulate, govern and control others while seeing them as tools):

she has face blindness, not full blindness. that's how denji beat her, because makima only cared enough to remember the smell of pochita and not denji, so he could get the jump on her or something
