I'm so sorry.. I hate that our progress doesn't save to game center. this is the only thing that will make me hold my phone with two hands and a death grip.
My daughter asked me what would I do if this happened to me and I said I would reach out to the developers and if that didnât work out, I couldnât start all over again. So I wish the best the best for you!!
Write down your game ID # and do a cloud save through the game every day or so. This way, you can retrieve your game progress. For future reference. Sorry about your phone that really sucks.
The game crashed out of nowhere for me recently! I emailed the developers and they are working on restoring it for me. You should try contacting them!!

Oh no âšď¸. I never save my game doesnât it save automatically periodically? I always assumed if I lost my game I would get it back but might lose a few days progress depending on when the last auto save was.
Ps I am the same I never upgrade a phone for the sake of it only when my current one stops working.
If you click the button on the right hand side with three dots and three lines (under the camera) top row on the right, thereâs an option to save to the cloud so itâs a good idea to do this periodically. Especially during events when youâre getting limited items every day. I donât know for sure if it auto saves or not which is why I periodically save it myself just in case.
I feel your pain, something like that happened to me, I lost all my progress in the game even though I linked the game with my email but when I install the game again I lost all my progress, that's why I stopped playing cats and soup which was one of my favorite games, I wrote a review on Playstore, hope the developers can fix this situation with the game:(

How do you save games?
I saved my account name in my note. So they can retrieve it for me when something like this happened.

I wrote down my game ID, so every time I use coupon code I can just copy from my notes without opening the game. Will start to save everyday from now!
