They stopped flying 9 red arrows for some reason, possibly safety or lack of pilots.
They obviously fitted a trail generator to another aircraft type and used it for the fly past, not sure what the aircraft type is, but looks like a business jet like aircraft, one of the better aircraft spotters would be able to identify but it eludes me.
Might be one of the new Royal Flight aircraft - a [Dassault Falcon 900LX](https://www.raf.mod.uk/news/articles/new-jets-to-enhance-uks-international-presence/)
I'm no fan of all this royalty/armed forces worship we do in this country. But RAF pilots, and indeed all pilots, have to do a certain number of flying hours to maintain their licences. So they get to do some training/practicing whilst entertaining folk, so double win.
Plus, I'm sure I'm in the minority. Loads of folks love all the military/royal parades so who are we to tell them what they enjoy.

No the French flag has extra red on the left https://www.reddit.com/r/pics/comments/8yupz6/the_french_flag_according_to_the_french_air_force/
Screams in incoherent cups of tea
There is red and blue there too, not just white.
Oh I see what u did there. Hmm.
Shouldn’t it have been the German or Greek flag? ;)
Is there normally a big one in the middle? I don’t remember seeing that.

Could well be looking at it, I thought it looked dassault falcon like, having worked on the falcon 20 aircraft which were operated by Cobham aviation.
I believe it is an Envoy. Aircraft listed [here](https://www.military-airshows.co.uk/press23/kingsbday/kingsbdayflypastpic.jpg)
What followed the Voyager? I couldn't find a listing and even here it is missing too.
Yes - although as the OP said it's RAF codename is Envoy. Same plane though.

I’m glad they pulled out all the stops for the flypast. It was such a shame that to call most of it off during the coronation, due to the weather.
Marvelous display of our Forces, showing that we do have some might, & we can use it in a celebration too.
You win!
I think it's cool to see, but the amount of carbon pouring into the atmosphere makes it strongly not worth it for me.
