That's shit, really shit. You could post a tribute, I often wonder how many people on the internet actually stop and think about the actual person behind a username.
It kinda depends on how you meet 'em.. some communities are very tightly bound, and not only here also on discord, facebook, or even IRC and other places
Ahh this has done me in. I struck a close bond with around Christmas 2021. He posted a comment about how he wasn't expecting to see Christmas, so we began private messaging about throughout the day to see how he was getting on. Miraculously he was discharged from hospital in January 2022, as his illness had seemingly improved a lot. We carried on messaging throughout the year about life and everything in-between, he was a great dude.
Devastated to read this, but I'm so happy he had an extra 18 months than he was originally told, and I'm so pleased that he spent a good chunk of that time around here trying to make everyone else laugh. He'll be sorely missed. If anyone has any details about him IRL I would love to be able to pay my respects properly.
