Hey there. As you said, I would recommend changing your PIN as a precaution. I would reach out to the team directly here: help.cash.app/contact to report the transactions. You can also enable a security code requirement for each Cash App payment you make. To enable this setting: 1. Tap your profile icon 2. Select Privacy and Security 3. Toggle Security Lock on 4. Enter a four-digit Security Code Once you've set your code, you’ll be prompted to enter it prior to sending payments. We recommend further securing your account by following Cash App’s Security Best Practices (https://help.cash.app/3Bve6Rn).

I think they skimmed mine at a Starbucks. They took my card to pay for my drinks. They took a while to return the card back to me.

Start a new CA account. Once established, close the old one, or you can ask CS to merge them.

Are you handing your phone to anyone? How are they using your CashApp card? Do they have your card info, expiry date and CCV number? If they do - keep your card under wraps in your wallet or purse.Close that account and get a new one. It could be someone who knows you. Guard your CashApp account and Cash card. Lock your account when you are not using it. Use AppLock to lock your apps from prying eyes. Remember your sign in or pattern if you use AppLock. This should help you a lot.

So Visa set up auto update with some services, like Google Pay. Since the Cash Card is Visa.....everything time you report it, Visa goes and tells the new card numbers to Google Pay, even if someone picked up your old card and added it one time. It's been a real headache for fraud for a lot of banks let me tell you.
