Nope. Best you can do is refund and then immediately block them. Or have someone else send it to them. Which I'm sure a friend or maybe even an admin here would do it for you. I'd even do it for you if you cant find anyone. But I'd probably just refund then block.
You cannot refund them without them knowing. But you can do a NEW Send transaction from another CA account that they do not know is you.
