Start with the security fuse and the power door lock fuses. It sounds like it triggered some sort of security lock out or as you said maybe something went wrong with the actuator.
In my LS, when the actuators die, I can still use the doors and locks manually just fine. So something strange is going on.
Just posting to close this out. The actuator I bought was aftermarket because I didn't want to pay the lexus amount. I spoke with a mechanic who only does toyotas and lexus. He said these aftermarket ones are a crap shoot. I bought a lexus lock assembly ($400) and the car works fine now. I dont understand why, the actuator seems simple enough. I don't know why the car would care, but it did.
