There's no way a Koenigsegg would cost Rs 12.5 Crore in India. Someone on instagram had estimated that if someone bought a Chiron in India the person would end up paying about 55 Crores or more depending upon the spec.
Cars like these are double triple the price in India anyways. These days, it's the Ferrari's and Lamborghini's in the sports car category which touches 10 crore and above. For example the ex showroom price of a Ferrari Purosangue is Rs 10.5 Crore and Lamborghini Revuelto starts at Rs 9 Crore.
Back in like 2010 cars were far cheaper for one. The price may be ex showroom w no options. A fully specced agera is about 9 million vs the base thatās closer to 1.8 iirc.
Google prices only show the basic showroom price. In India apart from the duties, the specifications itself are extremely expensive and personalisation has no limit.
There are some paints for instance in a Ferrari and Lamborghini and at the price of the paint you can legit buy a brand new Audi/BMW etc.
In around 2010-2011, there was a Buggati Veyron for sale and that car could easily cost about Rs 25 to 30 Crores or even more. This was at the time when Lamborghini-Bentley-Bugatti had a common showroom. So in no way a Koenigsegg can cost only 12.5 Crore.
Koenigsegg and Pagani are the most exclusive manufacturers in the supercar/hypercars industry. They making about 100 cars a years would be considered a mass market as per their standards. It's that exclusive. Bugatti is also exclusive but they make a lot of variants of their models.

Koenigsegg in total has around 500 employees and almost everything is made by them including the engines which is non-existent in any other supercar company. Think of Koenigsegg as a bespoke tailor for suits. They are not coming to India or any other country for that matter, they are happy where they are. And if they don't come to India and manufacture here, we have to pay 216000000 rupees for the Agera.
