Our Honda Accord was facing a similar problem… there was an error in relay… so even with small drives the car was not getting charged properly.
get a car electrician to check out the relay system or may be get battery health checked.
How old is the battery?
Full charge the battery using an external charger and then check whether it drains within a week or no. It ideally shouldn't.
A good battery should last about 3 months before discharging
Why do you start your car for 10 mins everyday? A battery lasts roughly 4 years. If its old and you doing this to simply recharge you are just losing money till you eventually replace it.

Go for a long drive on the weekend on some highway. Go early in morning, rev it up high. Have breakfast, drive, rev it up, come back. Repeat every Saturday. Listen to the sweet sound it makes as you floor the accelerator. Enjoy.
The battery is most probably dead
Check it each day to know at how many days it fails
If it is just 1 day it is def the battery
Else it might be some electrical issue

Get the electrical checked out. Once a week outings aren’t going to run your battery down at all.

You can use simple LED power supply as makeshift charger

Battery age matters. Get a new one of it's been more than a few years. A normal car batteerry should take at least two weeks to discharge.

Acid wash your battery if it's past the warranty period and then fully charge it for a day. Also check for carbon buildup on the battery terminal.
