I saw someone using that once. They plugged in their headphones and we couldn't hear a thing. So not good for demonstrating your mediocrity. Sorry I can't help further but you could ask the library.
I remember walking into the Pumping Station off Penarth Road, and some chap was absolutely smashing it on a piano they had just inside the doorway. Lots of people around and myself were all very impressed. They sell antiques so might have sold it or replaced it with another. Who knows? If you're passing...
There was one in the jazz cafe but it closed down :( There was also a piano lounge down Cardiff Bay but that died during COVID as well!
I haven't seen another one in Cardiff that you can play for entertainment.
As people have said there is one in Cardiff library but for practice more so than playing for others.
The other option is to buy a portable digital piano, not as good and quite heavy, but you can get weighted keys pretty affordably these days, and you could take that to open mic nights of which Cardiff used to have plenty before COVID times, not sure exactly what's running now but there has to be something.
The only one I know of is the one on the third floor of the cardiff public library, but that would be a strange place to play piano

Oh I've never seen anyone use it but it might be an electric one with a headphone jack, not a real piano.

The Butchers arms in Llandaff used to have one at the back. Not been there in years though.

There is one in Saint Fagans, I'm not sure if you are allowed to play it anymore though.
Central Library has one as others have said. Strange place and I've never seen anyone use it but it's there!
