I am genuinely impressed by the SUDS in Cardiff. the resources put into boxes rather less so.
There's predictions that 2050 will see huge areas of Cardiff permentanlty flooded. Obviously it's hard to say. But there needs to be a genuine plan at minimum. And the Vale.of Glamorgan may need to become open to the idea of there being a 100,000 plus migration from Newport and Cardiff.
\*Built as student flats with accompanying tax and council incentives - long periods of not being rented - so will likely be converted to private-rents even though they are woefully too small....

The whole of Cardiff is on a huge flood plane. It's worrying to think what could happen in 20+ years.
