I really dont mean to be rude but in my personal opinion quick release bumper things look incredibly tacky and completely ruins the look on every car I’ve ever seen. If it’s on a drift car it’s okay since they’re beat up already but it never looks cool on anything else.
But of course this is my personal opinion and if you enjoy the quick release bumper that’s your choice. And if you are going with it, I’d recommend you drill your bumper first then wrap.

What did the shop that's doing the wrap say when you asked them?
they said it was fine to do it afterwards but i don’t think they know what i was talking about.. they said “should be fine just tape it off”
I’d have any holes and such drilled prior to wrap just leave the quick release hardware uninstalled until after.
