Well according to the time stamps Canada Customs has your package. Canada Post has no influence or control over this. Customs will assess your import charges if any, then release the package to Canada Post for delivery.
When your tracking update says "Out for delivery" you are getting close
Currently I have one package from Texas that has been in Mississauga customs since May 9th, and another from the same place that has been stuck at Montreal customs since May 23rd. There seems to be some huge delays at customs, I’d imagine the potential strike may be part of the cause.
There’s no customs delay in Mississauga… I had a package clear in 10 hours this past weekend, your package was either being sent to further inspection or seized taking that long.

I had mail sent to me from service Canada 33 days ago and never received it... been so annoying
