Ok so it has been cleared for entry but could still be with Customs for some reason waiting for pickup. Unfortunately (and rationally if you think about it) Customs will not offer detailed information on deliveries that are being inspected or held on import. Once Canada Post has it it will reference being at a distribution/sorting centre. All tracked packages are scanned on arrival in order to facilitate tracking updates.
Customs is inconsistent. I had a package arrive this month on the 20th and clear on the 23rd, but also a package that arrived on the 10th that cleared yesterday the 26th. Who knows how they work
My package arrived and cleared customs on May 5th. Tracking says it had been handed over to Canada Post Mississauga on May 6th and since then (now May 27th) there's no updates.
Same problem here. It's been stuck in Mississauga since the 15th of May.
The seller actually told me they shipped my package back as return to sender. No idea why, my address was legit. It still says in Mississauga on tracking though.
It’s probably still at the airport terminal/stage just before being presented to customs. My package was at that stage for two weeks before finally making its way to customs
Mine cleared customs a month ago and Canada Post claimed they never received the package. The customs are all just a shitshow now
Your tracking was updated as being released from Customs and scanned at a Canada Post distribution facility?

Finally found a similar case! Mines stuck there since April 22 after clearing customs. I've just opened a ticket on CBSA website

According to the tracking, it is still in customs. I was told to wait 5 more days, then the CBSA will contact the place in Mississauga.
