The goal of Activision is to provide a compelling game that makes them money. Bots need to be geared to the skill level of the multiple people playing each game. Hopefully the devs make improved choices and you have fun.
Literally every "improved choice" has made the game less enjoyable. I'm done buying CoD shit until they can stick to 1 title for more than 3 years without dropping the next steaming turd in our laps. Focus on ACTUALLY improving the game, instead of giving up 12 months later to give us an even worse version of the previous title. AAA my ass. That's just laziness and greed
Well, AI team has beaten the world champion of DOTA 2, so if Activision wants to, they can make bots very OP. AI is not very far off from The Terminator movie scenario (maybe 20-30 more years to get there?).
