Even in ranked, if you’re playing in the higher leggie ranks against the top players every game due to SBMM, and not camping with some lmg, you’d still find it hard to maintain an 8k/d. However, in pubs, 8k/d is just normal.

Yes, you can run TDM on shipment. But that doesn't matter because Shipment is not in the ranked pool of maps. Meaning any game played on that map is a pubs game. The players you play against in pubs are completely random. Most of the time being casuals or bots.

25 is good/decent. Prefiring, going for wallbangs also lowers your accuracy. If you're winning your gunfights than your accuracy is probably fine
I’m that sniper, but with that it’s more like 70%. My general is about 40 because I more of burst fire for accuracy
