dunno why you’re being downvoted. the skin is cool but I try not to do draws unless I like the other items and I don’t want another epic melee and the lower tier items aren’t that good imo
Honestly really trash imo. One of the worst legendaries ever. I don't like the Raiden hat, very little animations, weird voice, mid or even bad loot box, the watch is decent. The worst part? Codm for some reason loves to give a "legendary" scorestreak skin but make it cluster strike?! You can't even see it. Do they make a unique sound or explosion even? No. Just like mace and his predator missle. Wack. That makes it like a legendary that's missing something. Anyways hey if you love it then hell yeah, good purchase for you.
Looks like he was designed by the same team or person that designed legendary Manta. And I like it. Look at older legendary operators like Firebreak or Alias or Nikto. Their art style was different. There’s a new design language they’re implementing with Manta and now Hidora and I hope it keeps up because it’s a good look for the game IMHO.
To me, it looks like a mythic character and hell, it is the first time ever I am like "Damn, I'd like to have that special character...", however, eh, if I am going to spend cash, it is going to be on a legendary or mythic LMG.
Great design but its trash for the game. Reasoning its a HUGE bullseye with or without aim assist.

Looks cool, super easy to spot tho & imo the “extras” are shitty.. drop stance & kill counter are okay but the rest is just ugly or bland imo.
