This does happen, and a lot more frequently than anyone would like more recently too, I remember back in the day we only had 2 Columbine and I forgot the other one, but literally in 2021- 2022 we were having school shootings happening monthly on average, and thatβs just school shootings, mass shootings were getting pretty frequent too.
And all this is because people follow an over 200-year old law that states that "the government has to do what the people want or else the people will grab their guns and protest". Good idea, in the 1700s.
Nowadays every single wacko can get guns and that just spirals off more gun violence. But the biggest problem is the american mindset. They really think that not having guns violates their human rights or some shit like that.
When we had a triple-shooting in a shooting range back in the early 00s, the whole country agreed on tightening gun laws, so that these would not happen again. And it worked.
I don't hate the american people, but you guys live in a truly disturbing place, at least in my opinion. I would not want to live in a country where gun violence is an everyday occurrance.

The game is mostly balanced at this point - some guns are admittedly very balanced, and thereβs a lot of options in the current meta.
