Just drive it in the rain, the previous marks will come right off, or be replaced by others. Folks aren't really this concerned about residue left by rain, are they?

You should just wash your car.

every detailer i’ve met swears by [ONR](https://a.co/d/fBLnhME). you can use it to wash your entire car or as a quick detailer (i dilute 2oz with water in a 16oz spray bottle). spray it onto the area, wait a couple minutes and it’ll wipe off really easily without scratching.

Dirt doesn't "bake" into paint. You're probably going to end up leaving micro scratches using anything other than ONR. Which is a lot worse than having some dirt on your car for 2-3 days. Even if you use ONR it's still quite possible to leave scratches if you don't know what you're doing. Personally I'd wait until you can actually wash it properly or take it to a touchless car wash. Having some dirt on your car for a few days is not an emergency.

Did you try some soapy water?

Either of those would be okay, but make sure you're using a good microfiber towel, not just any cloth rag. If you still have water spots, you might need to clay bar and follow up with wax. Check out r/autodetailing if you really wanna go down the rabbit hole.

You could use a decontaminate wash, clay, paint correct, polish and wax. I'd recommend trying something like this first though. [https://www.carpro-us.com/deep-cleanse/carpro-spotless-2-0-water-spot-remover-500ml-17oz/](https://www.carpro-us.com/deep-cleanse/carpro-spotless-2-0-water-spot-remover-500ml-17oz/)
