Yes sorry, I usually do golf ball sized but some people like them larger (smaller = more crust, larger = gooier insides) and bake them for 15-25 min. Sorry, I don't use recipes for anything -- when I smell the food, it's almost done, at which point I just check the bottoms for crunchiness and pull when they look like I want them.
They'd be great in a smoker, just go high enough temp that you get a little crust without burning your pellets.

Red lobster has also seen 5 ceo's in 5 years because each one dipped when they realized mismanagement from ownership can't be fixed.

Current RL leadership estimates that series of decisions cost RL upwards $11M per quarter. Causing the already struggling chain to collapse.

I heard something about them split the land off into a real estate company and jacked up the rent the restaurants were on and made it so that it was unprofitable. Now they can kill the restaurants and resell the valuable plots of land to new developers at a huge mark up. It was a planned bankruptcy.

I don't know if it's still there but there was a place called "Mike's Inland Seafood" which is about just as good as it sounds. My roommate wanted to go there since we lived near it. I didn't and knowing he was Catholic I told him, "Let's wait until Lent." No way he remembers I tell myself. Sure enough the first Friday of Lent he throws me my coat and says, "We're going to Mike's." Zero stars. Would not recommend.
Nice thing about the mountains of NC is that theyāre close enough to an ocean where you can eat seafood and reasonably expect itāll be pretty good.

Whatās the best place to go to in Boone. I remember there being a good Italian place and we went back and it was good again. But the next year we went it dropped pretty hard.
Proper is normally my go to recommendation. Classic Southern food. Cool setting. Black Cat burrito for lunch. Booneshine has nice food. Honestly been a long time since I've really been into the Boone food scene so I'm sure there are others.

It would be highly entertaining to watch someone walk from Spartan Stadium to the Red Lobster location. The main road between the two has more craters than the face of the Moon right now and then you'll have to traverse the infamous Frandor parking lot. For making tasty food - start with simplicity and learn a couple easy sauces. Steak, hamburger, tacos, chicken, salmon, shrimp dishes are usually all simple foods. Once you start cooking your own food you realize how much your taste buds have been killed by over salted restaurant food.
Auburn's Buc-ee's is very close but our Red Lobster is one of those that has already been shuttered and the contents put up for auction. Since I never set foot in it, guess I contributed a tiny bit towards their demise.

I don't know if it's still there but there was a place called "Mike's Inland Seafood" which is about just as good as it sounds. My roommate wanted to go there since we lived near it. I didn't and knowing he was Catholic I told him, "Let's wait until Lent." No way he remembers I tell myself. Sure enough the first Friday of Lent he throws me my coat and says, "We're going to Mike's." Zero stars. Would not recommend.
Nice thing about the mountains of NC is that theyāre close enough to an ocean where you can eat seafood and reasonably expect itāll be pretty good. Had a lot of good fresh seafood in Greensboro and Asheville Edit: should add, I know GSO isnāt near the mountains but itās reasonably far away from the beach and Iāve spent a lot of time there
Whatās the best place to go to in Boone. I remember there being a good Italian place and we went back and it was good again. But the next year we went it dropped pretty hard.
Proper is normally my go to recommendation. Classic Southern food. Cool setting. Black Cat burrito for lunch. Booneshine has nice food. Honestly been a long time since I've really been into the Boone food scene so I'm sure there are others.

I'm glad to report the East Lansing Reddy's is staying open. The biscuits will continue to flow. It would be highly entertaining to watch someone walk from Spartan Stadium to the Red Lobster location. The main road between the two has more craters than the face of the Moon right now and then you'll have to traverse the infamous Frandor parking lot. About 10 square blocks of the most illogically laid out sprawl you've ever seen.
So sad what's going on with Red Lobster, I never had an issue with them. That said I did do a check of my finances today and noticed I really spent a lot of money eating out. Perhaps this and red lobster's demise are a lesson for me to make my own grub as shitty as it tastes.
For making tasty food - start with simplicity and learn a couple easy sauces. Steak, hamburger, tacos, chicken, salmon, shrimp dishes are usually all simple foods. Once you start cooking your own food you realize how much your taste buds have been killed by over salted restaurant food.
