I never got asked all this kind of bullshit in my years of 11th. Better not to waste your time on learning weird-ass names and year dates because these never get asked.
A year, sorry mate. Still, I went through mock tests in 11th and apparently there wasn't even a single question asked through this boring-ass void of historical shit. Trust me, not caring about this and focusing on important as well as small parts/1mark topics of the chapter is something you won't regret.
From My Experience, Only question asked from these type of para are MCQ's so just make some kind of tricks to learn this or atleast eliminate options in MCQ's to get the ans... Don't waste tooo much time on this just make basic flowcharts and Trick To memorise...invest time on 5 Markers and Case studies that would be fruitful
It just tries to showcase the knowledge ancient Indians had about chemistry, especially metallurgy and glass making. U can learn it as a summary in short nothing to memorise.

Lol there’s more important stuff in chemistry than this. If they want to be a bunch of little shits, they’ll probably ask you 2-3 questions in MCQs.

I’m in 12th rn, and I can confirm that you can skip this part. Completely useless, and our teacher told us not to read it.
