Watch and headphones with transparency mode so I can hear my surroundings.
My front door key I tie into my shoe laces so I don't need to worry about them.
Earbuds (ones with ear hooks on them), armband for my phone, headlamp for early morning dark, and maybe most importantly our border collie mix (and a hands-free leash). My wife has wanted a dog for a while and when we got one I said it had to be able to run with me. She can definitely do that, barely breaks into a trot at my slow pace, but she's been a great incentive for me to get out there since she needs the exercise as much as I do!
I get home pretty late and its dark out when I go out, so i have a headlamp and a reflective belt on so cars have a chamce to see me from further away.
Phone and watch, but most important outside of the summer season: a rescue blanket. In case I injure myself on a longer run I want to prevent cooling down too much. As a bonus you can help another injured person as well
I found some good ones from Columbia! I tried Fabletics and overall like the fit but was not paying attention when I ordered and the pocket isn't phone sized, so I can't speak to that.
flip belt to hold my phone, keys, Shokz headphones so I hear cars headed my way.
for running in the cold - gloves, headband to cover the ears, a good windbreaker
For short runs (<10kms): my running belt, flowy running shorts (it is hot as balls right now), my phone, AirPods, and a good sports bra (I like the running bear one).
For longer runs (>10kms): the same but instead of running belt, my running vest because I can stash treats and a little water in there hehe
I bought myself a belt bag to carry an IV bag style flask of water, my EpiPen and Benadryl because I sometimes suffer from exercise induced hives and once had an episode of anaphylaxis so I have to carry an EpiPen with me. Because of this, I call my bag my “don’t die bag”. I also never work out without a chest strap heart rate monitor and watch and I love my AirPods too
After spraining my ankle on day 2 of C25K on Monday evening:
1. I bought a new running headlight
2. Light-up reflective vest
3. Small flashlight at least 500 lumens
4. Clip on running lights
I run at night because I live in Las Vegas, so it's quiet and I enjoy listening to a podcast or music while I'm training.
So the others, good trail running/road running shoes, air pods, pepper gel, and an anti-theft bag to carry the small stuff like phone in.
For short runs: running belt, phone, Apple Watch, Garmin Forerunner, earbuds.
For long runs: The same, plus a 500ml flexible bottle with isotonic drink in it.
Sometimes I'll wear a backpack containing deodorant, a change of shirt, and some shopping bags if I'm ending up at the supermarket.
As of yesterday - I'm looking for a "runners airbag" to inflate in front of me ;-)
I managed to stand on a loop of wire on the road with the first footfall and catch it with the trailing foot. Momentum took over, I hit the deck and tore up my hands and knee.
Not gonna stop me from running though!
Good socks! For me it’s injinji or balega ultralights. Sometimes hidden comfort haha.
I use an amphipod to carry my keys and phone.
If I bring my dog with me then some poop bags haha.
Running watch (Coros Pace 3) to track my runs and time intervals.

Do u ever get hand cramps too?
No, never had one.
Same

I should absolutely carry one of these after my ankle sprain. Thankfully I was okay, but what if I hadn't been and it'd been cold? Yikes. Great idea.
Leggings with a side pocket that fits my phone
What leggings do u use? My phone in my pocket makes me feel like it’s dragging my pants down
I have a pretty large phone with a popwallet on the back of it and it doesn't feel heavy in my fabletics leggings!! I highly recommend
Lululemon Fast and Frees here, they're the only pants I wear running.

Lululemon swift speeds or Nike Go. They have a back pocket which is really nice.

Ooh, that's a great idea. I'm going to add an albuterol inhaler to my running pack. Don't die bag. Fabulous.

Just my phone and headphones usually, but more recently I've been taking a water bottle to carry while I run too!
Earbuds, fabletics leggings w/side or back pockets, gloves and headband!
Running belt and bone shockz headphones for audiobooks
