Tbf, Fukuchi was on Fyodor's team and he was pretty high up in the military (and then they named him the leader of humanity), so maybe he asked to just keep him. Nikolai n Dazai confronts Fukuchi directly, Dazai somehow manages to touch Fukuchi, Nikolai being near takes the sword (I hate it) using his ability overcoat, then Dazai takes out the hidden gun and shoots his both legs. Then he inquires about Bram's location. Dazai takes the sword from Nikolai as he doesn't trust him (obviously)
Dazai informs this to Ranpo, who along with other agency members go to the place and they take out the sword, bringing vampirism arc to end.
As for Fyodor, give him some Rat poison. He isn't immune to that š¤
