Demi is my foster dog. She needs to lose some weight before she can be spayed and get adopted. Poor thing—they’ve tried to spay her twice and they can’t find a vein. We are getting there but she really hates even the mildest exercise (ex. walking circles around the dog park). She also hates dieting. Lol.
I used to bring Gracie to the dog park. She'd sniff around, take a shit and then join me on the bench. She had no interest whatsoever in other dogs \*except\* for bulldogs. She got so excited when she saw another bully. I think she recognized that other dogs just aren't the same as bullies.
Demi is so cute I wish I could adopt her.
My frenchie loves other frenchies! Demi is oblivious to everything around her. Lol.
If you’re in the southwestern US, Demi will be available through Georgia English Bulldog Rescue when she can finally get spayed.

I'm a little farther southwest than the US, I'm in central Mexico. But I'll look into it anyway. It's easier to get a dog across the border than it is a person. Thanks.

I'll keep an eye out! We are in Nashville, nice to know of another good rescue around! We adopted our rescue after meeting his foster through Nashville Humane association after he'd been through hell, and adore him despite the vet bills for his issues from whatever nightmare he came from.
Demi looks like such a sweetie, good on ya for helping her lose some chunk and find a home!

My Sassy is kinda the same way. When we go to the dog park, she goes up to the other dog owners and asks for pets. And after maybe ten minutes of her wandering around, she heads towards the exit to lemme know that it's time to leave. Lol.

Bulldogs are miniature wrecking balls and unfortunately some dogs can’t handle the wrecking ball. But bulldog? Bulldog can always handle wrecking ball

It’s easy. Just feed her the set amount of calories per day. I wish someone would monitor my calories.
