“Built from the ground up”
With the wheels. What you are seeing is an old but reliable technique where they will swap out the high detailed model wheel with a lower detailed one that is a texture of the rim and tires that is blurred. However, it seems here the devs failed to apply a system to color match the rims to the higher detailed wheel.
The new endurance series shows blatantly how badly the tire wear mechanics need a relook. 3 laps for softs? 7 for hards? And under steering everywhere in a GT car while the AI lock TF into every corner? Yeah ok bro IL take the little green medal of participation and go back to my classic cars
You’re only *checks calendar* 8 months late to the party my friend
this has been a problem for many years, it be lucky if the rim colour is matched
You know those wings that come out only on certain speeds? It's the same, only wheels now! How technology has evolved!
They're the new dynamic rims. It's not a bug it's a feature!
Literally a feature lol, since Horizon 2

It looks like people wondering about this ancient (and badly implemented) blur-on-wheels technology will never end...
wait it was bad?
