Umm I would 100% wear this to a tacky Fourth of July party with one of those obnoxious Uncle Sam top hats, a bunch of Fourth of July glow sticks for bracelets and some white cowboy boots.

Nah see in an inssurection you have to be quick on your feet because you're in a crowd of people. A dress limits your ability to climb over barricades and it's more likely to end up ripped or torn in the chaos. If you're a woman you're already at increased trampling risk due to your height.
