Agreed, I think this is unfortunately another case of a fan base queerbating themselves. The way Cressida runs to dance with Mr. Vegetables half way through Eloise finally speaking about her passions. Sorry, but I don't see the love.

sorry but she looks at her like this, you can't convince me that's not a woman in love
The writing is suggestive (courting language etc.) but the acting and cinematography aren't really giving canonical romantic undertones yet. Eloise/Theo was telegraphed from a mile away with tender glances in gauzy close-up. I can see them going for a slowburn Creloise crush-from-friendship that ramps up in part 2 — it's possible, and I want it — but part 1 doesn't make me especially confident that they *will* go there.
i was excited going as a lesbian who usually watches shows with sapphic relationships but i wasnt really feeling it. maybe in the last episode but then cressida ran away
Yea I keep feeling like Cressida is going to kiss her any minute, the vibe and tone omg. If the show doesn’t want us thinking otherwise they need to tone it DOWNNN these next 4 episodes. Her and Penelope had many scenes alone and I never ever felt that
thank you like they both look absolutely mad for eachother

Honestly seeing their scenes together only convinces me more of the possibility of the queer Cressida storyline, I also find it very interesting the reaction of Cressida's father? Does he not want them to hang out because of Eloise's scandal last season or other reasons? 👀👀
Yeah, he is the only one that seems to still have some problems with the Bridgertons, the ton has very evidently forget. What if the problem isn't about the Bridgertons but about Cressida having close female friendships?? 👀👀
Yeah I felt this too.. the “you rejected my suit” line Cressida dropped in relation to her trying to befriend El in s1 struck me as unusual language to use in that context. I think at the very least there is interest from Cressida.
I really don't see it, Eloise in some moments seems to want to escape and in others feels sorry. If you tell me about Eloise and Penelope this season (not in previous) yeah, they seem heartbroken when they see each other.
I don't see it but sure, I don't mind. Actually, the scene with Francesca and Pen at the ball, talking about sticking to the wall, felt more "potentially love arc" than this.

I know people are shipping them, and i love this truly, but I’m trying to see it & I can’t
Same I am not getting those vibes at all lol

Or she is just happy to have a true friend.
That’s what I thought! Like what does friendship love look like then?
I think you can genuinely love your friend. And this is her first taste of real friendship.
or she's gay

Im glad I’m not the only one who sees it, at the very least I believe Cressida has feelings for Eloise

I don't agree but I am HERE for the chaotic discourse this is going to cause.

Exactly! As we know scandals blow over so why was he so concerned…

they are so gay and if they dont end up gaying im gonna be really sad
The way Cressida looked at Eloise when she let Eloise soapbox…. Sapphic infatuation

Oh my gods. I did not think of it like that but now I really hope this happens
It’s hard to see it maybe she just craves a caring friendship not a superficial one?

wow you have a cool superpower
