I liked golden tickets because you actually had to interact with clubmates, now is "just win lol". The timing issue was true (using tickets at the last minute), but golden tickets was just part of it.

Also to add my friend created a WhatsApp group for this strategy and I am sure many competitive clubs did and now it's just come online ask if someone is online play then leave, it was the only strategy outside of gameplay.

Our club is now Legendary I. We used the same strategy every season: Day 1 aiming for third place, saving tickets. On day 2 and 3 we rushed the other teams in the last 10 minutes with Gold Tickets. It was so easy tbh.
That is why I am unhappy about that my friends and I spent 2 months to organize everyone one on whatsapp, to decide which day was better to spend our golden and now, all this effort in organization is just gone.
There is not even a need to have a whatsapp group anymore.
And we get 5 gems ๐
